Cooking up a storm with Chat Thai

Those of you who know me know that I love a good cooking class!

And! Like most people we all have a favourite Thai restaurant right!?

My favourite Thai restaurant is Chat Thai – They are now in several locations in Sydney, so if you’re in this neck of the woods then I suggest you try them out!

Find out about them here!

Well you can imagine my excitement when I was invited to a cooking class at Chat Thai hosted by their very own famous chef Amy Chanta (Read about Amy here: )

Our class took place at Chat Thai – Westfield Sydney CBD. We had 2 tables of friendly faces eager to learn from the best.

We watched Amy cook two of her authentic Thai recipes : Pork Larpb Mhu & Chicken Padt Grapao Gai , and then we broke into 3 groups and recreated the dishes! Amy makes it look so easy, and when the food is all portioned out and ready to go, It actually is very easy!

Once we all had a go and both dishes were replicated, we sat down together with our new friends and enjoyed all the fresh authentic Thai flavours and the hospitality Thai people are famous for.

Chat Thai run these classes from time to time so I’d recommend you check out their Facebook page :
